March 1st will be the two year anniversary closing date on the purchase of my first home. Thank You! This letter of gratitude and appreciation is two years delinquent, but still relevant to your professionalism and character. It is heartfelt to continuously receive your communication through home improvement gifts, raffle opportunities, coupons, and special promotions. Earlier this month, I was catching up with unopened mail and there was an envelope from you posted January. I had a couple of other items to mail out and was disappointed in only having a book of thirty-seven cent stamps. Well, He’s an on-time God and you are one of his messengers. Inside your envelope was a row of two cent stamps! How awesome is that?

Our experience with Mark Pedata was quite positive when it came time to sell our home. Mark was professional and courteous in conducting his business with us, and he took the time to explain how the selling process would work early on.
